 Dave has been the Clinical Pharmacy Manager at Sanford Health Medical Center Fargo since December 2013.  He is a North Dakota State University 2011 PharmD graduate, completed a PGY1 residency at the Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN in 2012, and a PGY2 Critical Care residency at the Mayo Clinic in 2013.  He is a well published practitioner in the medical literature.  He was instrumental in the development of this protocol at Sanford Fargo.  Dave and his wife Alissa live in Fargo.
